With a nice light body and just the right balance of sweetness and acidity, you'll be brewing cup after cup all day. The famous Jacob Mammen, who also grows our Bettadakhan Estate, is constantly pioneering sustainable practices in coffee growth. On this estate, pepper vines are intercropped with the Arabica plants to create a polyculture that is common practice in India, yet only now being adapted by the larger coffee scene.
